Machining

Machining is description of wide range operations where material is removed by using specialized tools, producing desired shape. It may be done in few ways – CNC (computer-controlled) or manualy (by hand). Most popular machining operations are (CNC) turning and (CNC) milling; less popular but essential for most parts production are these operations: drilling, grinding, tapping, noring or honing.

Our larger network of suppliers consist of specialised companies to which we outsource all mechaning. Our partners are based in low-wage countries in Eastern europe – Baltic states. It’s large advante because of shorter delivery leads and high management standards.

We may offer these machining techniques:

  • CNC turning and manual turning – which is used for stainless steel, steel, aluminium, nylon, POM, brass and copper;
  • CNC milling and manual milling – which is used for stainless steel, steel, aluminium, nylon, POM, brass and copper;
  • Tapping, drilling and sawing of same materials mentioned above.

We’ll include material and measurement reports for any order.
3D measuring machine may be used for accurate measuring your products.
